ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days from the date the order is placed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.
During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotional events, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will make every effort to notify you.

SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on your destination.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

LBOW GOLF is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, LBOW GOLF is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the shipping carrier directly and may also contact us for assistance in filing a claim when applicable.
