Preorder and pickup

This is a prepaid homecoming presale. Full payment is collected when you order. Preorders close October 20, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. New Orleans time.

Pickup only — no shipping. Collect your order at Bartholomew Golf Course in New Orleans on November 10, 2026, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please bring your order confirmation or order number and identification.

Someone else collecting your order?

Email sales@lbowgolf.com with your order number and the full name of the person authorized to collect it. The authorized person should bring the order number and identification.

Cancellations and uncollected orders

For customer cancellations received before the preorder cutoff, the refund is the amount paid less a $20 cancellation fee. After the cutoff, customer cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund. To request cancellation, email sales@lbowgolf.com with your order number.

Orders not collected on November 10 will be held. Contact sales@lbowgolf.com to arrange collection.
